Great venue, been here many times in the past, good sound, good visuals. The stadium seating is to be preferred over the floor-deployed seating: the cheap chairs put in by the venue are horrible to sit on for any decent stretch, especially when an artist puts on a decent length show. The flat aspect is also very bad when idiots in front of you decide that they would rather watch the show with their phone than their eyes. Bar amenities and toilets are adequate.

Came down to Canberra to see Beck at the NCC. It's a pretty small venue in comparison to Sydney offerings but the staff are friendly and the show was great, facilities are clean and the bar line wasn't too long and they had a decent selection of drinks and snacks at a reasonable price. Parking is incredibly easy and no dramas.

It's a good facility for conferences. All of the breakout rooms were very accessible from different directions and chairs are reasonably comfortable. The staff that were there for the NMC2019 conference were very efficient and polite. The food was good...but the coffee was average. The fit out is getting a bit old though.

They didn't provide enough staff for the bar, I would say at least 50% of the people who attended the Ru Paul's werq the world tour weren't able to get refreshments during the 20 minute intermission, the bar staff were slow, instead of them all serving, one managed the cash register while another got the drinks, I think had ALL the staff served, and there was definitely room for them to do so, then everyone would have managed to get served. I also would like to make a special mention about the security, I could hear the supervisor speaking to the guards, while they did a great job, the supervisor was the rudest, nastiest piece of work, she spoke to the guards like they were children, very...

I think his name was "Michael" one of the suited managers hiding behind his mask was a complete d!@k trying to scare about three hundred patrons in the food service area. The drama queen told patrons waiting in line for service that they will be locked out of the Carl Barron show. When the speed of the service was brought up he turned on the patrons and told them that they should have arrived earlier. Sadly I would have but I had to feed my elderly father and set his respirator up and get him to bed. No mean feat but just getting the time to go to a show can be hard. How about displaying some customer service instead of hanging s!@t on...

Excellent facility, spacicious concourses for large crowds to move through the areas. Main theater area has excellent panoramic seating, audio has been spot on as has the lighting for every event I have attended, from graduation ceremonies, conferences and shows.

The other meeting rooms are dull in decor and not sound proofed as well as one would like. Elevator capacity is low causing a "traffic jam" when catering for people requiring assisted accessibility.

Location is good for walking to the nearby hotels and restaurants. Parking can be a little bit of a hassle however there is adequate room for...
