Birch Apartments in the City — Hotel in District of Canberra Central

I recently stayed in the Upper East Side apartment for several weeks in Feb/Mar 2020. The apartment itself is stunning. Really good sized bedroom with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Washer/dryer in bathroom which is very handy. Big comfortable sofa, large table for sit down meals, great TV with Netflix on. Highlight however has to be the balcony, absolutely huge with good views plus 2 comfortable couches and then a separate table and benches.

On level 3 there's the gym which is actually pretty decent. Lots of cardio machines (rowing machine, treadmills, couple of bikes) then there is a fairly large free weight area and a lot of cable machines. On the same level just outside you have the pool (amazing in good weather) and then hot tubs and the BBQ area.

The location was great for me as it was 10 mins walk to my office on Moore St. Nearby there are lots of restaurants and a few bars but noise is kept pretty low as the apartment block is on the edge of these. There's also a...

My wife and I had the pleasure to stay at Birch Apartments for 28 days whilst being on a work assignment and we could not have made a better choice.||We were staying in the “Upper East Side” Apartment and it was very spacious and stylish, tastefully furnished and decorated. The European Bosch kitchen appliances were top notch and a pleasure to use.||In regards to the amenities in the complex you could not ask for more, the gym is also very spacious and very well equipped and the pool was a real treat on those hot Canberra weekends.||And all of that directly in the middle of Canberra CBD, 2 minutes walk to the shopping mall and to a lot of restaurants and more.||||We were really enjoying our extended stay and always looking forward to come back to the apartment after a long day of work.||||5 out of 5 and we are coming back the next...

For a long term stay, Birch is the best! We travel to CBR frequently (family is based there) and have stayed at many different places over the last decade or so.||When we discovered Birch Apartments in the Manhattan - right in the city - we had found our home away from home!|Alas, Birch now only take longer term bookings (not the few days or one week we often need).||Jo and Stefan work very well together, ensuring guests are comfortable.||I strongly recommend Birch Apartments, if you want style and high level comfort.
