A Disappointing Food Order Experience I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent food order. I ordered Amritsari Kulcha, Soya Chaap, Palak Chaat, and Samosa Chaat. The preparation time was excessively long, taking 1.5 hours. Upon receiving the order, I found the food was frozen and appeared to be defrosted items, not freshly prepared. The use of a Coles bag for delivery was also unprofessional. Furthermore, the quality of the food itself was subpar. The Soya Chaap, in particular, was missing essential accompaniments like salad, onions, and green chutney, which are standard for this dish. This indicates a lack of understanding in preparing authentic and proper food. Ultimately, I paid $56 for a cold, frozen, and poorly prepared meal. This was a truly disappointing experience.

New management is terrible, to place an order I got passed between several people before someone spoke enough English to take an order. Despite being clear 90% of the delivered order was incorrect, they then attempted to charge me $10 more then their own receipt actually totalled. As shown in picture attached! Last time I did maths 22+61=83 NOT 93 so apparently under the new management the maths everyone accepts is WRONG!

Also the menu does NOT state on it anywhere nor are you given warning when placing an order that the new management now charges a $5 delivery fee! As is now charged and listed under...

We ordered the Amritsari Paneer Kulcha and it was too good. The Mango Lassi was fresh and on point. We asked for some sliced onions on the side which they happily have for free. The dine in was a bit of a walk from the kitchen but the host happily did that multiple times with a smile on his face.
