I come here regularly as the coffee is quite good but I'm reluctant lately as the short lady that takes your order doesn't pay attention and you have to repeat yourself. Her customer service skills aren't great and she keeps people waiting while making orders. There needs to be 2 people serving. UPDATE: I recently went in and it was for the last time. This same lady served 3 people after I put in my order. I was kept waiting 30 minutes! Until you change who takes orders, I'll not be returning! The barista has a lot of time on his hands as all he does is make coffee. Maybe he can help the useless person serving people....

Oh my goodness there pies are delicious and homemade quality!! Coffee was great! And! Staff and lovely and careā¤ļø I forgot to order sauce no problem they got me a free container way bigger then those silly squeeze ones. I was going to a different shop then coming back to pick up my coffee no problem they put it in the warmer for me! 5+ stars. I will...
