Ordered pizza through these guys, charged my card the full amount + delivery. I call to confirm and they are telling me they don't have my order. Fine, I asked to be passed onto the manager. The manager then proceeds to tell ME to shut up and listen to him and that he isn't making my pizza as he does not have my order. Asks me to send him a screenshot of my bank transaction as it states CRUST Queanbeyan with a date, so i do. No response. I call, young boy picks up who was extremely helpful, and advises me he cannot access the email as he does not have the email and he will get the manager to call me. Still no call.
I end up going to the store with my phone in hand, as it has been over an hour at this point. I have given up on the pizza, just want my money back. The manager yells at me to not talk over him, but I had to repeatedly ask him to stop interrupting me, as I am trying to show him my bank transaction and he is refusing to even look at my phone. I ended up storming out upset at being yelled at when I am just trying to figure out how to get my money back. I think all of the reviews on here speak for the poor customer service this place provides, probably why I went in there, there was no customers in sight.

Now coming to pizza review: pizza was just so dry and felt like all the toppings were not fresh at all.
Called in the store to provide the feedback their response was it’s dry because you didn’t add peri peri swirl on top. I know I don’t work in a pizza shop but I am sure the peri peri sauce on top of the pizza has got nothing to do with the dryness and crusty pizza.
Service overall was okay. The service representative named Vicky was trying to compensate me with some credit and was trying to persuade me to visit the shop again. But I was so not bothered to go back again for the same taste. The funny thing was he was accusing me as if I had eaten all the pizza and calling the shop for refund.

I recently ordered two pizzas from Crust Queanbeyan — a Meat Deluxe and a Vegetarian. Unfortunately, both were very disappointing. The presentation was poor, and one of the pizzas looked as though a slice was missing. The Meat Deluxe crust was dry and unappetizing.
I’ve also noticed that the store itself looks quite run down — the parking area is full of potholes and the overall appearance is unkempt. It gives a bad first impression compared to how the store was when it first opened, when everything was fresh and well-presented.
On top of that, the pricing feels unfair considering the drop in quality. For what Crust charges, I expected a much higher standard of food and presentation.
At this point, I’m considering taking my business elsewhere unless things improve. I hope you can pass this feedback along to the store management so they can address...
