I ordered on the app at 9:54am 25th of June and waited in my car for about 5 minutes before walking over so that way I didn’t have to wait as long. The girl working had dark hair and glasses and was slowly peeling oranges. I waited for a bit to see if she’d start making my order. I then noticed that the order tickets were left ignored at the docket machine. I knew that my order must have been sitting there and was a bit annoyed but didn’t want to tell her how to do her job. About 15 minutes had passed and a family ordered at the counter and she finally grabbed the list of orders. I thought she would be doing my order first as it had been sitting there since 9:54am but then I realised she was making the 3 boosts for the family after me instead. I finally received my order at 10:25am In total I waited 31 minutes for 2 boosts when I was the first to order. I went to buy juice for my kids. I ordered two juices, and my little one requested banana bread, so I made a separate transaction for it. The girl at the counter handed us the banana bread. I opened only the top part, which was wrapped in cling wrap. After my child ate half of it, I unwrapped the rest and discovered mold on the bread. I was shocked that my child had eaten moldy bread. I immediately showed it to the lady at the counter, who offered us a replacement. I declined and questioned the quality. She responded by saying that even if the expiration date is fine, this can sometimes happen. She mentioned their fridge had been broken since the morning, which might have caused the issue. Just purchased one of my usual drinks from the store at Majura park shopping centre. I could see them making it and could see they were basically out of the frozen coconut cream. But instead of telling me so I could perhaps order something else, they scraped up the last tiny bit of the "frozen coconut cream" which was complete liquid. Then when I left with my drink, I thought it felt a bit light. I opened it before having any and found that it was nowhere near full. Its only about 3/4 full. It cost me $8.60....
