Tried to order my mum (celiac) some food when I went to ask the person taking orders if the grilled chicken is gluten free she look at me as if I had 3 heads then said "probably not." I then ask what is gluten free on their I then get handed a sheet of paper with a link on it telling me to search that to find out. Real smart for an area that is notoriously shocking for phone reception.
