The Coffee Club Café - Majura — Restaurant in District of Majura

What a dissappointing experience. 2 stars are for the lovely young people working there, obviously training so mistakes can be expected! We ordered 2 coffees in take away cups to have at the venue, we were issued a table number and we waited and waited and waited! After about 20 minutes my mother went to the counter to see what the hold up was as there were very few patrons there. They told her that they had been calling from the counter that they were ready for the past 10 minutes. It was supposed to be table service! Just a mistake so they said they’d bring them to the table. We were running out of time but knew we could leave pretty quickly so all ok. However, they came to the table in mugs instead of takeaway cups. Admittedly we did heave a little sigh but asked perfectly politely to have them in takeaway cups. They were delivered by and older gentleman presumably in charge, his method of delivery was to practically throw them at us stating “THERE” so uncalled for an an abismal example of...

DO NOT USE THE TABLE ORDER SYSTEM. Used the table order system to place a breakfast order and stay ahead of the incoming crowd. The order never seemed to process and I waited 10 minutes to see if the order finalised. It never did. I then joined the queue and asked if the order from the table had been processed, I was told no, it didn't go through so I ordered and PAID a second time. The food was delivered about 20 minutes later. While waiting for our slow eating son to finish his breakfast (they mucked that order up as well but is a different story) they brought a second order of food over. I questioned them at the counter and they assured me that the table order never went through and my bank details were never charged. Guess what, two charges on my card!!! When I questioned them they lied to my face and tried to assure me that I wouldn't be charged! Do not trust these people and if you do choose to eat there, do not use the table...

The worst experience I had in a coffee club !!! Starting from placing the order to dirty cutlery to horrible coffee and breakfast , whilst placing the order the person at the till could not navigate their system to take a simply order of coffee after waiting for a while and finally placing the order the person at the till had taken the wrong coffee order and had to go through the order again , after that when we went to be seated the table was dirty and took them 5 mins to get to it to clean than upon checking the cutlery it was dirty, we ordered the big breakfast and a chicken sandwich which took a while to come but the fact that the food was delicious it covered for the time , one of the best hash brown's I've ever tasted , all in all the coffee club need to work on their service and staff the food was great and considering the staff is getting paid double time they could at least give a...
