Zambrero Majura Park — Restaurant in District of Majura

Today, I had an unpleasant encounter at Zambrero Majura. Initially, I asked about their opening time at 10:32, to which one staff member initially said no, then corrected themselves to say yes. When I ordered a classic large meal, another staff member served me with a visible attitude. Despite this, I accepted the food, attributing their behavior to youthful immaturity. However, as I left, I noticed both employees laughing and giggling behind me, which left me feeling upset. Upon returning to request a refund, I explained that I was unhappy with their service and behaviour. One of the staff members, a shorter girl, insisted it wasn't their opening time when I asked for food. Upon further inspection, I realized I had been overcharged for sauce, despite only requesting one extra. Although the amount may seem insignificant, it's the principle of the matter that concerns me. Additionally, I observed the girl offering my food to other customers, who rejected it before she offered it to me again. Though I initially declined, she later apologized, so I accepted. Ordered 3 tacos=2 corn tortillas, 1 flour, all beef. The corn tortillas were stale and stuck to my teeth because they weren't crisp at all. The beef tasted like sweet BBQ sauce-nothing I have ever had in Mexico like this. No pico de gallo a standard staple for any Mexican food. Sorry I'm from America and grew up near the Mexican border. I asked for two big burritos, I was purchasing one and using my buy 9 get the 10th free for the second. I got to the end and she told me I couldn’t use the card for my second one as it was only redeemable for a regular burrito. I had to pay for both but that wasn’t the problem she only put 1 and a half scoops of meat and 1 and a half scoops of rice.
