Domino's Pizza Weston — Restaurant in District of Weston Creek

So… on my family holiday in Canberra we expected we could just easily grab some take out as you would. Make the order pick up the order an guess what. FIRST i am absolutely flabbergasted with the bell on the entry. Knocked my socks off.. very dramatic. Then i encounter about 8 men in the kitchen for a job that needs no more then 2. As i make my way to the counter after waiting to be served, for about 5 minutes mind you no one in the vicinity. The rudest front desk person lady chick teenager child served me just to forget some of my orders food. By the time we realised and drove back pizza was cold. When we got back to the store asked for a garlic bread (we would buy it) then was told it would be a SEVEN minute wait for bread. I literally use to work there i understand the wait but you need to have garlic bread on standby.

Then when we opened the food, as a previous dominos worker i am appalled by the cutting job as well as the distribution of cheese. Very very disappointed. Will not...

After ordering $41.00 worth of pizzas at 6:37pm and extras with a delivery time of 8:15pm my wife rang the store at 8:30pm enquiring where the delivery was only to be told by the manager "' ÿeh we have been a little bit busy and a pre order means nothing it will get there"' So she calmed down and hubby (me) gets home at 8:45pm and rings Domino Weston and asks for the manager and he asks the manager were is or order only to be called ''mate we are busy I don't care that you pre ordered it will get there when it gets there'' The order turns up at 8:53 with a delivery boy apologising but I will not accept it with a manager being so rude and could have just apologised but went on to say get over it. I have probably spent over $500 over the past 6 months there and will tell every person I know how rude this manager was so unprofessional. I have never in my life send anything back but when this happens everyone...

Update 2018 October: Had a great vegan pizza tonight. Great staff and was ready under 15 minutes. I would advise a couple of fixes needed for the menu online.

I can't add extra toppings online only in person or on phone?

You need to order extra toppings with the spice veg trio. If you don't the toppings are just very minimal and given it's vegan you need extra veg or extra vegan cheese.

Vegan cheese is really good.

Perhaps add a new vegan pizza and add Capsicum, olives, pineapple etc.

Pizza base are a little small, Dominos need wider pizzas but you get what you pay for.

Really happy with the staff though.

New pic added showing the vegan cheesy garlic bread. Taste amazing. Its the same vegan cheese they use on the pizza. This is a very nice cheese. Its not Bio cheese.
