Citrus Cafe — Restaurant in District of Woden Valley

I'd give the place a 3.5-4 for its bistro food but the service is appalling. The line and wait time just to order outweighs the food - given you can get good bistro food at other clubs. Two suggestions - have two order points and ask people to come up prepared with their order (especially when the line is long) and not stand there thinking about what they'd like when they get to the one checkout and there are 15-20 people lined up behind them.The last two times we were there we had to sit at dirty tables and after fifteen minutes of feeling like we were deliberately ignored had to physically go and chase up wait staff to get them to come and remove dishes and wipe down the surface (which they didn't do a great job of either). We have gone here in the past for the schnitzels as they were really good. This last visit seems like they've changed them and gone for something a little more mass produced and not quite the same quality. This will likely be my last deliberate choice...
