On 17th November I along with my wife and my visited Mulchowk for a dinner. We called beforehand to book. We had been visiting Mulchowk since it was in Sydney so we knew what to expect. But we never expected that we will be treated so disrespectfully. Food was fine. But one of the guy working in counter/bar disrespected us. We reached at about 8:15 PM and they were able to take the order until 9:00 PM. So we ordered the food and we ordered for extra momo chutney knowing it would cost extra charge and we were fine with it. He brought our chutney and the way he placed it our table, we already knew that he was pissed off. He even didn't said a word and just placed it on the edge of the table. But the main problem was it was all frozen. We tried it with 1 momo but couldn't eat it as it was all frozen. Then we informed him and he stated that it is the last stock and full of ice. Then he was talking with his colleagues mentioning that he had to overstay last week as well due to late customers and he had to overstay on that day as well. But there were many other customers as well. Then we notified him regarding the dissatisfaction. He apologised but he said I am not charging you for the extra chutney. We ordered laphing, chicken jhol momo and chicken chowmein and mango lassi. Mango lassi had very strong flavour donât know what it was. The portion of laphing was literally a joke. Chicken jhol momo was overcooked and opened and I found one piece of veg momo in the bowl. I didnât say anything at that time and just let it go. They didnât once come and ask how the food was. They kept bringing us wrong food that was meant for other tables. When we were paying at the counter there were items from other table added to our order but that was not a big deal. We left and I was not even thinking of leaving a review until we checked our receipt after we got home and saw that we were charged for a sauce for another table. First thing, why would you charge for a sauce?? Secondly, why did we have to pay for it?? The only 1 star âď¸ is for the music..
