Wifey and I drove 30 minutes to pick up some food, and boy was it worth it. Today we had the BEST felafels we have tasted in 42 years. Soft, but not too soft; crunchy on the outside but moist in the middle. Ohhh, and the flavour. YUM. The chicken kebab was also amazing, perfectly balanced with the pickled cabbage making it zing. We also taste tested the slow cooked lamb, and grabbed a box for the freezer: subtle, spicy with just the right amount of heat. It's going to be delicious with rice or scooped up with flat bread. Finally, we topped everything off with some sweet treats: baklavas with layers of nuts and crunchy pastry, sticky syrup without being sickly. Also delicious are the little date cakes.

Added bonus: two cute bubbas to entertain us ha!

burp We will definitely be...

Having lived with a middle eastern family growing up and worked in a Lebanese restaurant, I have a deep love of Arabic food and in particular the sweets. The range of baklava is the best I have seen and definitely not limited to the Greek walnut variety. There were at least 7 different types and for once I found somewhere that does a cashew variety - very rare indeed. I wasn't disappointed, crispy, flaky, sticky with the right amount of rosewater. Two biscuits and one semolina cake later all my cravings were more than satisfied. All were traditional high quality and scrummy. Buy them by the piece of by weight, good choice depending on your needs. Its one of those little shopping centre gems, small, understated, and only reveals it's secrets when you get in and give it a try -...

Mindblowing awesome food! We ordered falafel the-lot roll , lamb snack pack (with rice) and baklava box. Every bite was filled with flavour. It is very clear that the owner clearly is passionate about the food that they serve to customers. We are from Sydney and can guarantee that no Turkish restaurant even in Sydney has such tasty food. Owner was very friendly, when we were talking he mentioned that he gives all his food in takeaway containers so that there is absolutely no food wastage at all. What a great and selfless thought. This is the kind of businesses that we need to support. Not only do we go home with a satisfied palette, but also a conscience that no food is being wasted. Overall awesome experience. Will definitely go...

Gotta love their lamb it's not your general shaved meat like all the other kebab shops, they make it from scratch themselves. Their salads were fresh even by the end of the day. They also keep amazing authentic middle-eastern products like coffee etc. Do check their distinct variety of drinks. Good to have a change in the general run in the mill fizzy flavors. I bought Kenafeh from there, but had it in the fridge for 2 days till I opened it. It was still fresh in contrast to some low star reviews. Just like the name suggests, they aren't just all about kebabs, they have a wide range of sweets too. They have a clean and nicely sorted outdoor seating too, will dine-in next time I go there.

I’ve known about this place for a while, but I hadn’t eaten here or read any reviews before, so I went in without any expectations - I just took a chance and grabbed a kebab for lunch. All I can say is wow, I’ve been missing out! I ordered my usual mixed meat with lettuce, tomato, onion, tabouleh, pickle turnip, hummus and garlic sauce. All the fillings were well-balanced, but that diced lamb is next level - perfectly spiced and very juicy. The kebab was a generous size but not excessive, and genuinely one of the best I’ve had. The staff are friendly, and the wait was short. And then there’s the large selection of sweets too. I will be back, and I will tell my friends! Thank you ❤️
