Guru Mawson Cafe and Bakehouse — Restaurant in District of Woden Valley

This place used to be pretty decent. The used to sell freshly made sausage rolls. Now I noticed they do frozen ones.

Staff were fairly friendly. Giving a bad review because I walked out empty handed after a long wait.

Came in for a coffee, they were fairly busy, so I was happy to wait a little while. Watched a group of a dozen people who walked in 20 minutes after me start getting served.

We had a wonderful brunch experience today at Mawson Coffee Guru! As soon as we entered, team member Jye greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. Jye also helped us to select our meals - it was clear that nothing was too much trouble! Our food choices were scrumptious and beautifully arranged. After a long wait for the big breakfast it was really poor quality, the scrambled eggs had been microwaved, they were bland and rubbery, the bacon was cooked in an oven and had no crisp to it, the toast was more like warm bread, the kransky was dry and over cooked, the hashbrown was from a frozen packet and nothing had any seasoning on it.
