Chui Yuan offers a decent Chinese dining experience with a good selection of classic dishes. The food is generally tasty, though a few dishes could use a bit more seasoning or freshness. Portion sizes are fair for the price, and the menu has plenty of variety. One of the nice perks is that it’s BYO alcohol, which makes it a great option for casual dinners with friends or family without breaking the bank. The service is polite, though at times a bit slow when it gets busy. The interior is quite basic and could use a bit of an update, but it’s clean and comfortable enough for a relaxed meal. Overall, it’s a solid local spot if you’re craving Chinese and want to bring your own drinks

The staff are always friendly but alas tonight was not a good night for eating. First I got the won ton soup which was lukewarm and then had the prawn with cashew nuts which were ok, pretty sure they were frozen ones. Anyways the fried rice was dry and not worth eating. We were also sat at a table that was freezing cold, the waitress put the heater on for me but I ended up going and getting my snow jacket to keep me warm. We were never moved to another table, even though there was no one there for the whole time we were in there. I don't know why this is hit and miss all the time?

I left 1 star so I could review mothers day night meal. Booking at 630pm. Ordered 640pm. Entrees. Well. 3 people on table. 1st entrees came out at 8pm. 2nd entree at 820pm. 3rd entrees 835 with cold congealed main for 1. Next main around 10mins later and looked congealed also and cold. In eatable. 1st main that came out was reheated and served 30 mins later. Last main was cancelled at 910pm. After speaking with owner the meals were cancelled. Other patrons complained and had the same issues. We have been regular patrons for over 10 years. We will never be back. So disappointing. Finally had tea at home at 10pm. My honest star review would be minus 10 and I believe all other patrons would agree and...

Living it Drysdale one does not have many options for takeaway this place is also no longer an option. Placed an order an hour before pick up only to go there and find out it hadn’t even been cooked. It really wasn’t that busy it has happened on other occasions it really is badly run. It was a go to for only a few items most of the menu we have tried was not even edible so this place is definitely of the Christmas card list never again.

Although I cannot remove my review ( not that I would ) I have recently after 2 years and few options returned and am presently surprised :-)

My last few orders have been of a much higher quality and for that I felt the need to add to my review and...
