Overpriced and shockingly bad service.

We went there as a family and ordered some food. We selected items which didn't include chilli or heavy spices as we had children in the group and I had a bit of a sore throat. When the food arrived, and we tried it, we realised the soup was spicy. So we asked for the waitress to check and she left mid-way through my sentence to bring the chef over. I explained to the chef that the item didn't have spice or chilli in the description, which is why we ordered it and we couldn't eat it because it was spicy. She rudely said "well I can make you another one which isn't spicy but you will still be charged because you've tasted this one, ok. I can't not charge you - you've had some of it". Firstly, I had had one sip of the soup and realised it was spicy instantly and had stopped. Secondly, it was evidently a different soup to the one we had ordered. The lack of consideration given their mistake of delivering a wrong item and the insistence to pay in a frustrated and impatient tone for it was beyond rude.

The rest of the dishes were mediocre at best. The pineapple fried rice didn't have pineapple and the prawn dish had soft and floppy prawns which weren't fresh. The satay chicken was decently portioned.

I don't usually write bad reviews but this one really warranted the effort. It was a bad experience all round and we really wished that it could have been a better...

We went out of town and looked for Thai food but we're disappointed.

The outdoor atmosphere is pretty, a lot of plants around; the staffs are nice; good presentation of the entrée.

However, the quality of the food just so so. Not as expected, especially the main course. The curry and soup were watery, mild flavour, the mushrooms still raw and the proportion was small if compared to the price. We ordered sticky rice, it was tiny and wrapped with plastic so we asked to change for steam rice...

I've been to Thailand and know what should Thai food taste like. I don't recommend if you're looking for amazing Thai food. But if you want to have a chat with your friends with snacks, it can...

Owner is the most bad mannered man. Coffee is average and tastes burnt. Food is pricey so make sure your wallet is stocked. The way the owner treats customers is horrible. A lady came across about a customer who had parked in her driveway and she explained that she needed it moved and he abused her told her it's not his problem. He wouldntnhelp the lady locate the owner so the lady made an announcement and he kicked her out of the coffee shop. Owners like this should hide in an office or not own a business. Will never visit this place again and considering we go every weekend we will never be back. As we have seen this lady every weekend she has to get someone to...
