The person serving did not understand what we were trying to order. We had specified Peking roast chicken not sweet and the person ended up bringing too sweet overdone sweet chicken which seemed to be the wrong order. Payment time, as no receipt was given, I asked the staff to give us a breakdown of the cost as it did not match the menu and we’d very confusing. The owner came out and rudely told us the menu is for takeaway and restaurant menu cost is different as if we were supposed to understand everything and it was not her job to explain to her customers. She was very frazzled and offended because we had asked for clarity. She told us to hurry up and understand as her restaurant was very busy although we only saw two tables being occupied. FACT: the waitress who took your order asked the chef if mongolian combo was sweet his response NO as it is not in the same category taste wise as plum and sweet and sour... FACT: you ate half the dish if it wasnt what you were expecting i would have been more than happy to help resolve the issue straight away.. FACT: i am the restaurant manager the person you are reffering to regarding my attitude and response. I am very sorry you did not find my response acceptable but with 10 years in this position i feel it was given to you with knowledge unfortunately it wasnt the answer you were looking for.. Spent 80 dollars on food King prawn cutlets were over cooked, fried rice undercooked and the mini spring rolls were disgusting...
