Do not eat here!! We were with a group of friends and the night started off with two of our friends meals taking over an hour to come out and the rest of us had finished. ( NO APOLOGY!) then a cockroach appears from our younger friends fried chicken wings and the German cockroach type, when we informed the staff one older later waitress came over snatched the roach up in tissue and said they want to see the bug!! When she took it to the kitchen and showed them we witnessed them laugh ! Again No apologies! Ask to speak to manager he never appears until when we are leaving and our friend spoke to him he had the audacity to say he checked security footage and said the cockroach didn’t come from the plate !! When ask to see the footage he went quiet so he literally didn’t want to except responsibility for it or even apologise, no accountability no care it will be a matter for health department now but I suggest you Do Not Eat there ! They don’t care about the customer or general cleanliness of their bistro .

We had no issue with the 45 minute wait if the wrong meal was brought out that is the staff‘s fault not ours and whether where the cockroach came from initially has nothing to do with it in the long-term you need to check your cleanliness of your restaurant again not accepting responsibility trying to blame the customer checking footage for a cockroach. Our friend David installs security cameras for a living and that’s one hell of a security camera that you must have. At the end of the day meals being stuffed up not a big deal the fact that we ordered separately still doesn’t take an extra hour for our friends order to come out when they ordered about 5 to 10 minutes after us our initial complaint wasn’t about the 45 minute wait we had no problem with that not making a booking. Please come on. There was a massive table there that can accommodate us. I cannot get over the excuses that you’re making but that’s okay, I can take my complaint further. Absolutely the worst service for dinner Waited well and truly over an hour for my meal. Everyone else had finished their meal at the same table and the kitchen staff were extremely arrogant and rude. Ohh and don’t even bother about the Thai beef salad it crap Plus a cockroach just walked out from a basket of chicken wings 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤢 Please see in the photo there is no coaster in the photo and I was sitting 2nd from the end at a table of 12 A lady who works in the kitchen said I’m so sorry. Then another lady storms over and asked where is it grabs it in a napkin and walks back to show the manager and the manager just laughs. Multiple people in our group witnessed this.
In response to the owner Rodney, How can you explain that table of 4 that sat in front of me. And they arrived well and truly after our group had ordered our meals was served there meals and ended up finishing there meals before I received mine? Yes I was happy to wait the 45 min but come on well and truly over an hour. David asked to see the footage of the GERMAN COCKROACH and was told he wasn't allowed. After your manager viewed. Then he asked to see your NSW Food License and was told no he couldn't by your manager. And your manager was extremely aggressive. David tried ringing you a number of times and had no response from yourself. This would have all gone away by you just saying SORRY or what can I do for you to make you happy???? Its called a thing called customer service !!!!!!!!!!! Not continuing blaming the customer which seem the norm on the other negative reviews in which you have responded to. He has no people skills and does not know how to deescalate when one of my friends had there food come out with an extra cockroach he try and tell us that he viewed it on the cameras and that it was not there when we asked him to see the footage. He didn’t know what to say. Personally wouldn’t never eat here again. When we asked Where is their liquor license and their food licenses as it’s not on display and when we asked for it he told us to go away the manager should be sacked. Has no people skills are 0 out of 100. I run my company and I would never employ him even to clean my toilets. P.S. I like your response but we did not order cockroach with one of the meals as this was an extra your kitchen placed in the meal! Your manager is rude and needs to learn to de escalation the situation! I did not mentioned the of timing of the food! Stop redirecting the blame to us for your situation of cockroach’s in the meal that were live and manger saying we put them there! You are rude as your manager now I know he must be family!
