Clubbo — Restaurant in Dubbo

Gorgeous club and lovely staff. Ordered Crispy Pork Belly with Asian vegetables and rice. DO NOT ORDER THIS DISH. So disgusting. While there was some Pak Choy. , there was also some over ripe broccolini (had yellow flowers🤢). There was no crispy to the pork belly. Mostly soggy pork skin and lots of fat😭 just ate the meager amount of meat on the pork. Tried a bit of skin that looked like it might be crispy. It wasn't. Basically paid nearly $30 for an inedible meal. Don't recommend ever eating this gross meal.

Edit - in response to the below. I did tell the server when she picked up my plate that it was inedible and showed her what the pork looked like. She asked if I wanted another and I said no (I don't trust replacements). If you go through other reviews you will see other reviewers do not rate your pork belly. Maybe remove it...

Monday 24 March- our first experience of the restaurant fare. Fish and chips and a seafood basket. Both fabulous. Tuesday 25 March - let's try again. We're on a winner!! As I went to order two chicken schnitzels I saw an order for them coming out of the chicken. Blind Freddy could see the schnitzels were very overcooked. So I changed our order to fish and chips, and a pizza. What did we get? $46 worth of overcooked food. The pieces of fish were overcooked, the chips were so overcooked my husband couldn't get his fork into most of them. My pizza was overcooked and unappetising. Friendly staff great place for older people to meet and greet .attended a lovely lively Rick and Roll dance here a lot of nostalgia for US OLDIES that lived the rock and roll era of 50s and 6os.a great night of fun frivolity and friendship.
