I ordered a meal to be delivered to my workplace for our team lunch. The delivery driver, working through Door Dash, came 35 mins after picking up 2 other orders. This occurred even after calling the driver when I noticed they sat there idle for 15min. The food was no longer fresh due to the delay in delivery and the courier not having a food warmer bag.
The team was disappointed in the cold food, especially being pleased with the local Red Rooster quality of late. However, when I raised my complaint I received amazing service by the Red Rooster team. The manager contacted me to apologise for the experience, and outline the resolution process. They then informed me that the delivery driver is banned for six months. Further to this, they worked with their national office to provide me a refund.
Despite my team's experience, we will definitely recommend Red Rooster as a place to go for good food and great service. However, we will be weary of the delivery service especially...

Read moreWe inadvertently order the meal incorrectly, and it was explained by management the correct wording, and they replaced the meal. However it was ordered without gravy, regardless of our stuff up and rather than put a new pce of chicken in, the pce with gravy on it was used again and it ended up on the chips as well.
Granted, I was blunt when dealing with it and I am sorry for that, BUT regardless of our stuff up it was ordered without gravy and the swapped meal still had gravy on it. At least the dog got a good feed, and chips went in the bin!
