Went in, register myself and the receptionist welcomed me. Played the pokies for while, ran out of money so I went to the cashier counter wanted to make some withdrawal. No one was there, waited less than 30 sec one of your staff realized me and the very first reaction he gave me was point his finger up high to the ticket cashout machines telling me the machine is there and turn around ignoring me and don't even bother to ask what I was there for.
To whoever from the club who's reading this, I wanted to express my feelings for what happened to me in your venue. I senses very direct racism and discrimination from that particular person action as I I bet he won't do anything close like what he did to me to any aussie, or abroginal. Yes, I ain't not either Aussie or abroginal. I seriously felt I was treated like a begger and he just want to get rid of me. And, I won't even treat my pet in the way your staff treated me. Please check your cctv and see if anyone of you can accept such rude, uncivilized and barbaric hospitality given by your staff.i was there around 12 something and left around 1 something in the afternoon. I'm on blue colour stripes t-shirt and deep blue colour shorts.
It's time to educate and train your staff treating every human being like a human being regardless of who they are. My words might be mean, Im sorry, but that's the feeling that I had after I treated by one...

Karen offered me a meal to which I accepted and the quality and quantity were acceptable on this visit
So thank you Dianne and Karen for a lovely meal
I attended on sat 23 April 2022. The chicken caesar salad was the size of an entree or a side salad and not representing a main meal which is what I ordered and paid 26$ for. I went to ask the bistro to confirm if that plate was a main and I was told it was. I said it was appalling as a main meal.....I was simply ignored. The lady had no empathy or interest in me or my custom..... As I left I then asked to speak to the venue manager, and he showed some interest however did sweet nothing about it nor did he apologise for my appalling meal made up of 3 leaves of cos and iceberg lettuce shopped up with 3 small chicken tender loins trying to represent a main meal. He didn't have any sympathy nor did he offer me a free drink or a dessert.... So, apart from an appalling main meal, i also had the pleasure to experience pathetic customer service.....except for the security guard door man who was a lovely friendly helpful person......I would rather go to moama bowls club Instead......very...
ย ย ย Read moreWe are passing through Echuca and as usual I joined the local club. Being a hot day : around 45deg, we had a meal after a couple of drinks. Clearly the aircon system is not up to scratch judging by the large number of people trying to fan themselves with menus. Rather than put up with the heat inside the bar we went to the restaurant to have dinner. Sadly it was no cooler in there, but of course the pokies room was like a fridge. We have travelled from WA across the country and to say we had better meals across the Nullarbor would be an understatement. Fish Of The Day was as if it was from a packet from Coles. The Tartare sauce had been under a warmer for so long it had dried out and was like melted plastic. The salad was sad to say the least. My wife had a Chicken Roulade with Hollandaise sauce but came out without any sauce at all. When we asked the fish was taken away and came back covered in Gravox sauce. All in all a sad experience. No competition is clearly a problem but no chef should let meals leave the...
