I have been coming to Blue Pacific for over 2.5 years with no issues until my first bad experience on Good Friday where we ordered in store at 5pm and was told the order wouldn’t be ready until after 8pm but could be earlier so I popped back in at 7.30 only to be told we said after 8.30pm so we went home and I came back home and went back after 8.30pm only to be told it would be another 10 minutes. I don’t receive my order until 9.15pm. I thought it might be a once off being Good Friday but tonight was incredibly disappointed with the service. I ordered quite a large order and my mother was picking it up, she arrived shortly after I called the order in and was abruptly told they only just hung up from me and it wasn’t even started yet, she was also asked what was ordered and to check with me as I probably ordered it from another shop so my mum said oh ok I will go wait in the car and when she returned back she was checking her phone as I had sent her the amount via text message and was rudely told it’s cash only to which she responded I know and then the girl serving her walked off to answer the phone and the female owner told her she had been rude to her staff and that she would prefer to give the food to a homeless person, my mum said she would pay for the order being $105.50 but was told to leave the store. I then called to complain about the service to which I was told my mother had been rude to them and hung up. I was then contacted by the owner who hardly let me get a word in telling me she was now out 105.50 and told me 3 other customers had apparently taken photos of my mum being rude. I felt belittled on the phone to the owner and previously I had been recommending Blue Pacific to anyone I spoke to. That has now changed I do not recommend anyone to go there. The food may be great but the service recently has become worse that I have even dealt with. I worked in a fish and chip shop when I was younger and the first thing I was taught was customer service. Read moreWe ordered for a family of 7, 2 adults and 5 kids at 6:15pm, we were advised the order would be an hour and a half to 2 hours to be delivered, we were ok with that. Gave the order and my own phone number, which you would think you’d know your own number right?!?! Well, we started to call the shop by 8:30, the phone would state “busy” so we called again and it rang out!! This happened a grand total of 11 times!! We finally get through to what I would say was the lady owner who then stated we had given a wrong phone number, they had been waiting for us to call and that she’s had a really bad day and will not be sending our order, wth!! When trying to talk with her, there was no reasoning, when advised “how could I get my own number wrong” she advises she was next to the boy that took my order and repeated my order back to me, when trying to tell her of our 11 attempts, she didn’t want a bar of anything I had to inform her of!! Seriously lady we all have bad days but not everyone is here to start an argument with you!! Take a listen to your customers.. word of mouth will always be a big seller and considering when I first came to your shop I had the most amazing service by a gentleman.. I’ll never call or step foot in your shop again.. you really need to work on your approach!! You are not always right and sh*t happens.. not always the customers fault!! Read moreI walked in to order only chips and there was a "headless chook" vibe behind the counter frantically fulfilling orders. I came back after 20min and they weren't finished. Knowing they were busy I waited another 25min before checking and they were finished this time. The chips were hot but undercooked. I would suggest telling people who are ordering that there might be up to a 20 minute wait, not only for the customers satisfaction but to give yourself some space to breathe. The business seems to be ran by a family which is great to see, but perhaps creating some specific tasks for employees might make things run more efficiently with higher quality (perhaps rotating the jobs from time to time so they're not bored)
