We ordered coffee & pear & raspberry bread. . It seems because we chose to sit outside they assumed we wanted takeaway. Coffee & bread plonked onto table. Bread was cold. Had butter to spread on bread but no knife. We went back in & asked could bread be warmed. They didn't seem to be too happy to do it. By the time the bread was bought back to us we had almost finished our coffee. Still no knife to spread butter with. Asked waiter but he turned & walked back inside so we just grabbed one from a set table inside. If they don't want to serve coffee & snacks they should say so. Horrible service, coffee was

I went in for a takeaway coffee. The staff member was very friendly and helpful. The price of my coffee is why I removed a star. The boss should be ashamed of themselve for this. A large coffee is $5.50 which is on the high side but not the problem. I added vanilla and he had put a $1.50 price for a shot of vanilla, that is ridiculous! It may seem small to some people but you will loss business because of that. Also I have a bad feeling because of the extra high cost of the vanilla the staff are constantly abused for this as she seemed worried when I brought it up. I would never take this out on the staff but the boss should be ashamed...
