Worst McDonald's ever. We've ordered from them a few times, to give them the benefit of the doubt: hoping they were just having a bad day or two. But they are consistently awful. Staff are poorly trained, though mostly polite. Everytime we have ordered, our soft drinks have been flat (as in, no carbonation whatsoever), and taste like off brand soda stream syrup. Also, the drinks have never been cold. What's up with that? Burgers are poorly made, unless McDonald's have stepped up to fine dining and are now serving deconstructed burgers. They are slow, and sloppy, and frequently run out of things. Most of these issues have been encountered when we are literally the second couple in the restaurant, so it's not like they are busy or backlogged. This McDonald's...

I wish I could give this negative 5 stars... This would have to be the worst MacDonalds in Australia!!! Workers swearing while children are in eating (including said manager), and mucking around with other staff instead of serving, throwing beef on the floor and not having so many things available from the menu because they are too busy fraternising with other staff and too lazy to actually work.... Absolutely disgusting behaviour... I could not honestly believe this store is still operating.
