(Update) who ever is the rostering manager at this store you need to put more staff on this poor customers waiting over 30 mins for their order from drive thru had to com inside the restaurant, the poor manager is run off her feet . High management need to get their butts into gear and help this guys out as they would run a lot smoother and faster if you put an extra 2 or 3 people on it would help everyone and everyone would be happy so if the restaurant manager or the owner of this McDonald’s is reading this hire more staff and put more staff on shifts it will help your staff and make them want to come to work and it’s the same that goes with the customers if they leave happy and fast they will be back .

   Read moreLet me tell you about the Forbes McDonald's experience I had that was, well, less than stellar. I walked into the restaurant and immediately noticed that the place was super messy. The tables were dirty, and there were food wrappers scattered around. It gave off a really unkempt vibe, which wasn't very appealing.
But the disappointment didn't stop there. When I finally got to the counter to place my order, the staff seemed disinterested and not very friendly. It felt like they were just going through the motions, and it definitely affected the overall experience. And don't even get me started on the wait time! It felt like an eternity before my order was ready, and even then, it wasn't exactly what I had asked for.
Now, let's talk about the food. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations either. The burger was lukewarm and lacked that fresh taste. The fries were soggy and lacked that crispy texture I was hoping for. It was just a letdown all around.
Overall, my experience at McDonald's left a lot to be desired. The lack of cleanliness, indifferent staff, and underwhelming food made it a disappointing visit. I hope they can improve in these areas because everyone deserves a great dining...

This McDonald's outlet was particularly busy at this time of the day & the food presented was not as good as previous visits. Unfortunately, it seemed that the food that we purchased had been prepared well in advance & and was not up to their normal standards.
The other important area that requires urgent consideration is the men's toilets 🚻 urinal, which needs a thorough clean & there is no water coming when flushing the urinal.
When washing your hands, there is little or no water coming out of the tap.
The hand dryer was also out of operation & when I asked the staff member cleaning the toilet, he said it was uncommon for the urinal or the dryer to be out of action.
McDonald's Forbes provides all the facilities that people need when travelling, but there is a need for the upkeep to be maintained & the food severed to be of the standard from previous visits.
