McDonald's Girrawheen — Restaurant in Girrawheen

I came in today on the 18/8/25 and i am appalled to say the least!! Just as any usuall customer i came in and stood at the paying/order pay place,waiting for a customer to come and take my order.At first there was only one woman at the front that i could see that was working alone in front. I did notice that iwas quite buisy at the front working alone, which at first i didn’t mind and i can understand the frustration and how overwhelmed the worker may feel, but after 10-15 mins of not being served i could see a line forming behind me with multiple customers waiting behind me to order. during this time i can see more a more team members coming through to the front and working on packing the drive thru orders and mire team members would start showing up. I assumed the workers would atleast reassure us that a team member would be with us shortly, but instead we were all ignored!! The older woman behind me standing was on wheel crutches suddenly decide to call for thier attention and still no response and was still bienng ignored. By this time it had at been be around 30 mins for everyone of us standing and waiting and finally i brought out the courage to yell for a worker to come and assist us, but still no response by any team members, i then again for the third time call upon a team member one brunnete kid with a little design on his head almost looked new( basically a child) came to take our orders. And lastly what makes this whole experience even more horrid and disgusting is that APPARENTLY frozen drinks machine was broken which is what i was in the like for, for that 45 mins in the maccas line .and the in the end i did not get my small frozen drink or my...

Today, i had decided to end my life. After an arduous, life long battle with multiple mental and physical chronic illnesses such as not only multiple personality disorders, depression, anxiety, ptsd, pancreatic, lung, and breast cancer, and much more, today was the day i thought to do it.

i stood on this well structured building, The Girraween Maccas, and as i fell to my death, instead of spilling my guts on the concrete (as i had hoped to), i am instead greeted by the loveliest, most righteous person in the world: Ashley, who gently caught me and let me sob in her arms.

Apparently, Ash was a crew member at the fine establishment i had decided to plague with the sight of my unfortunate passing however did not. Ash then sat me inside and handed me the most glorious and delicious cheeseburger happy meal i had ever tasted in all my years. She had apparently milked the cows for the cheese, grew and prepared the beef, and even baked the bread all by herself! That commitment, the passion to her work really brought me to joyous tears. It brought life back into my systems.

Ash got me through my most hardest time, after hearing about my diseases, Ash actually took it upon herself to cure my cancer and sit with me in therapy to also cure all my mental illnesses! You certainly wouldn’t go to a random McDonald’s and think such an amazing and outstanding person was selflessly working there, but she was! And that person, Ashley, I owe my life to.

How can you leave people at your drive thru speaker and not ask them to place a order for more than 10minutes and when we drive to the window no one wants to explain even the manager most people went inside to ask what’s going on only for the manager to say we only have 1 kitchen Once again management is a joke explain to the people at the backed up drive thru instead of ignoring them or better yet go and put a sign up and close the drive thru or the restaurant if you can’t handle both then close 1 down Everytime we come here it’s a joke need a shake up,

Struggle to give 1 star everytime I go here always missing something from my order. Even when I say can I have my nugget sauce now they say it will be in ur bag my order comes no nugget sauce. Went in drive thru to place order they take ages to take your order just to rush you and sometimes giggle like it’s a big fat joke till I snap after being asked to repeat my order 3 times how hard is it to hear timtam McFlurry when no one else is even in drive thru. Then get to the window just to see they still stuffed up the order and put coke instead of soft serve cone then next window Timtam McFlurry had no choc sauce in so was a stuff up all the way thru drive thru but this is the normal at this store. I don’t blame the young staff but the lack of training and organisation of the whole place. The whole ordering system is backwards if someone orders a meal before you and need to wait on fries and you just order a coke your bound to get your coke after the meal it’s not what you order it’s what number you are like how hard is it to do coke while...
