This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Perth, hands down. Extras - Complimentary peanuts and delicious pandan scented tea, 8 types of condiments on every table including a both a fresh chilli paste and fried chilli oil (in addition to the usual fresh sliced green chillies and mint/been sprouts), delicious jars of pickled onion slivers, super speedy service, always popular and bustling. The food is absolutely delicious, and super cheap at only $10-$12 for a generously large bowl of awesome.
Pho - Perfect bite to the noodles, beef tender even though it's sliced thicker. Broth delicious, though a little too sweet. Pho with tendon - Tendon surprisingly quite tender, though entirely flavourless on its own so try it diped with some sauce.
Fried rice with crispy chicken - very generous serving. Fried rice a little bland on its own but good with condiments/chilli. Lovely crispy skin on the chicken. Comes with a delicious little side sauce - lots of sugar, soy sauce, black vinegar, sesame oil. Overall good, though not amazing.
Wonton egg noodle soup - Broth the absolute best, and is the same base for all their egg/rice noodle dishes. Full of chives, spring onion, crispy fried shallots, little bits of pork mince, little bits of crispy pork skin. Wontons were okay, 5 quite little but well seasoned tasty wontons.
Crab Noodle Soup - Only available on some days. Worth a try! The soup has a super intense crab scent, but the flavour is quite mild. Comes with some sliced pork, minced pork lumps, and an entire giant tomato.
#69 Rice with grilled pork - One of the best things in the menu! You get a super generous amount of several pieces of tasty grilled pork chop, all perfectly flavoured and super tender and grilled to perfection.
Vietnamese iced coffee - Absolutely perfect!

Read moreIf you're craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a bustling atmosphere, this restaurant is the place to be. This restaurant has earned its popularity for good reason—it consistently delivers exceptional dishes and memorable dining experiences. My visits to this restaurant have always been delightful. One of the highlights for me is their freshly made rice paper rolls, bursting with flavour and perfectly complemented by their dipping sauces. As a regular, my go-to dish is the broken rice with pork chop, which never fails to satisfy my taste buds. However, the menu offers plenty of other tempting options. The pho, for instance, is a standout—rich, aromatic broth paired with tender noodles and your choice of meats, it's a comforting bowl that never disappoints. Beyond the food, the service here is exemplary. The staff are consistently friendly, supportive, and attentive, making every visit feel welcoming and personal. Whether you're a first-time guest or a regular like myself, they go out of their way to ensure you have a fantastic dining experience. Moreover, the pricing is reasonable considering the quality of the food and the portion sizes. They offer enough variety on the menu to cater to different tastes without overwhelming you...

Broken rice with porkchop taste heavenly, cook tenderly and the flavours are balance.
We also ordered vermicelli with pork pull, crispy springroll and grilled pork. Again the combination of everything together with the sauce was just hit the right spot.
My son were having broken rice with crispy chicken,l. He loved it so much and especially after he found out the egg yolk is still runny. The chicken was cooked perfectly and it comes with a dipping soy sauce.
Overall we felt so blessed that the other shop decided to close earlier, so we could...
