we spent a week at a nearby motel and every night watched orders being delivered from here. after ordering a pasta meal i arrived to watch one delicious-looking pizza after another being skilfully boxed up in almost blindingly fast and highly competent manner, staff remaining calm despite the night being one of the busiest nights of the year - state of origin, meaning many big orders being picked up and delivered. lucky for us an order went through that had been changed so a meatlovers was handed back at pickup by the customer and i was able to ask if i could buy that as well - no problem to the manager who said they appreciated not wasting it and at a discount my wife was delighted that we got to sample what so many people had raved about - thank you to the staff of this fine...

Best Italian food I have ever had.

We stopped here on a road trip around the new England area and the food was beautiful. We ordered a pepperoni pizza which had what I could describe as a creamy, gourmet cheese on-top of a fresh, quality base. I also ordered an Amatricana which was basically a spaghetti Bolognese with bacon mixed through it but the pasta was cooked to perfection with it holding a thick but not chewy texture absolutely perfect for the dish and the source mixed throughout it being of unusually rich nature which further complimented the masterpiece of a dish received that night.

As a native Queenslander I was left in awe and shame at Glen Innes having completely obliterated any hope of our supremacy at Italian dishes.

10/10 will stop there next time I am...

Went here based on the many excellent reviews. Ordered the Lasagna topped with Napoli sauce, a cold drink and coffee after. Unlike other reviewers, this was not the best lasagna I’ve ever had. Make much better at home. Food was smothered in Napoli sauce rather than just topped which made the sauce the most important item on the plate which it should not have been. Serving size was generous, staff were friendly and efficient although a quiet night when we went. Coffee was only better than warm and could have done with another shot. Would I go there again? What we had was just OK. Not expensive but would try elsewhere first. I give it an...

The place lies, the chef did not singe while I was there. However the pizza was sensational. Great base, good oven spring, crispy and it is easy to pick pieces up.i ordered a small supreme pizza. The ingredients we're excellent. I love olives and anchovies and this pizza had both as well as the usual suspects. Unfortunately the restaurant is not licensed and is not BYO. I sat in the car and drank beer while I waited, they bought the pizza out to the car for me, so excellent service. So highly recommended. I rarely give out 5 star reviews. Truely outstanding despite no singing, lols.

When you're absolutely fanging for a feed after a hard day looking for tiny blue rocks in a swampy creek and you're trying to look for dinner after 8pm then The Singing Chef is a win. I'm always kind of sus (and I think rightfully so) on pizza places that do kebabs but our pizza was pretty good and at a fair price. I'm not gonna say an italian chef in Sicily would love the pizza but you bet your rear end that an italian Chef in Glen Innes would love it. Beggars can't be choosers but beggars can be fed to a high standard, xxx molto delisioso
