Dragon Court Restaurant — Restaurant in Glen Innes

I recently ordered a meal for pickup from the Dragon Court Restaurant. While the food was absolutely delicious and met all my expectations, my experience with the service left a bit to be desired.

Upon arriving to collect my order, I waited patiently to be served. However, another customer walked in after me and was promptly attended to and given their order first. This made me feel somewhat overlooked, especially since it was my first time at the restaurant. It seemed like the other customer might have been a regular, and perhaps preference was given to them because they were known to the staff.

Despite this hiccup, the quality of the food was excellent. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared, making it clear that the kitchen staff are skilled at what they do. If the service could be improved to ensure all customers feel equally valued, this restaurant would easily earn a higher...

On arrival the lady serving was really friendly & the restaurant had a nice atmosphere to it. I ordered beef with vegetables & the serving was great & there were plenty of vegetables & beef & fried rice too. This is a really great place for lunch or dinner & the staff really add that personalised touch & show great initiative & genuinity and I really appreciate that & can't compliment the service enough but the staff really make this place & compliment the food 100%. I will definetley return here for lunch or dinner but next time with family & can't speak highly enough of this restaurant. This is a delightfulfully old school regional Chinese restaurant. A comforting throw back to childhood memories of simple yet generous and tasty dishes. The wonton Short Soup was lovely, and I can highly recommend the Chicken Chow Mein. I requested my Chow Mein in the the soft noodle style, which staff were happy to oblige.
