Heard good things about this place so I stopped for a pie. The “chunky steak” pie has no more than 2 pieces of beef in it. The rest was this thick jelly gravy. Should have listened to the advice and purchased one of the vanilla slices which looked impressive. +1 star for the gluten free range of desserts that they had so my wife could eat something while I sat there drinking my gravy pie.

Pies were good not as good as they use to be. The vanilla slice suffered due to cost cutting, ie, topped with icing sugar dust instead of frosting and custard more cornflour, no custard flavour. I would prefer to pay more than compromise on quality even in these economic times.

Probably the best pies are. If you are passing through Gloucester, stop in an grab yourself one. Oh they might be the cheapest costing pies too $3.80 for the chunky steak is as e some value.

Quite possibly one of the worst Bakeries I've ever come across, the pies are atrocious. Either they paid for an award or the uncultured swine of this LGA haven't tasted anything beyond 'meat 'n 3 veg' with their Philistine-tastebuds drowning whatever pathetic attempt at 'food' in tomato sauce. I had a fly baked into the crust of a cheese and bacon pie and subsequently returned it to them. Got a honey-soy chicken pie today and it's just filled with a thickening agent, pure gelatinous GLUG, may as well be eating clag-glue, another time I purchased a sandwich which was drier than a nun's nasty, I've never thrown away so much food I've purchased before. Do yourself a favour and go to the bakery near the roundabout, the pies and pastries are actually real, taste amazing and the staff are incredibly friendly. It's time shoddy bakeries like this one are closed down, it's 2024, no time for clag-glue in a pie you cheap kucks. A better alternative if you're leaving this place, back towards the freeway on The Buckets Way near Booral is a place called Ma Baker, every single thing they make is with care and love, you won't find a better sausage roll or vegetable pie,...

WEELLLL, what a disaster. Walked in, 4 staff behind the counter, I asked what the pasties were like, 1 woman said, "only got meat in them," next 1 said "not a lot of filling", next one said, "don't know, never try'd one," So I settled for a ham n cheese Crossant. My wife asked for a Dianne sauce pie. 👿 RESULT:-Crossant, tissue thin slice of ham, same for cheese, BARELY WARM, ingredients COLD.. Pie, ordinary sauce NOT DIANNE SAUCE. Sorry, but the overall staff professionalism and QUALITY of products we experienced, convinces us to go to another cafe just up the street...

Pulled in for a quick breakfast on the go. Pies were terrible, sausage rolls not too bad, and coffee was burnt. Wouldn’t have been so disappointed if the customer service wasn’t worse than their pies. No polite ‘good morning what can I get you today’ just a snarl when we asked for 3 hot coffees. Told they don’t have flavours (caramel syrup), no chai, and don’t have eftpos. No directions to tell us where an ATM was. Given no receipt either. Wish we had have dined in instead of...
