We ordered a couple of weeks ago a rather large order in which we have been going there for years. However this particular time was absolutely the worst food I have had ever from a restaurant. The rice was stuck together and tasted and looked like it was from the day before, the Mongolian beef was not full in the container and barley any veggies just some meat and sauce. The prawn dish we got was over cooked. I called them to inform them they were long time customers and that the meal was not very good at all, I was polite but want to let them know to rectify the situation, due time spending quite some amount of money, however they said they would get back to me and they never did so needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment. I ordered 5 meals from here (over $100 worth) - they are just around the corner from where we live. I ordered via Deliveroo as the restaurant is listed with them but after 1 1/2hrs I contacted Deliveroo to see where our order was ...... they tried to contact Asian Court but there was only voicemail available. Deliveroo said they couldn't help me because the restaurant had their own delivery staff. Food arrived after 2 hrs some of it barely warm but by then I had already cooked some food for everyone ..... couldn't wait any longer!! No apology given! No refund offered! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT VIA DELIVEROO - DELIVEROO CAN'T GUARANTEE DELIVERY OR OFFER ANYTHING FOR FAILED/INCORRECT DELIVERY. Terrible experience!!! Sorry but never ordering food...

Picked up take away that was sitting on the front counter & barely warm.The satay chicken sticks were tasteless hard & shrivelled-up, as were the steamed dim sims & curry puffs.The beef Kung Po was bland not sweet,spicy or savoury.Even the steamed rice was soggy . We are local Robina residents & had not eaten take-away from Asian Court for a few years & will definitely not be recommending it. A complete waste of $48.94 with most of it being thrown...
