Honestly, this place should be renamed “Asia Street Fool” because that’s how I felt after eating here. The bun (Vietnamese salad) was so tasteless, I started wondering if I had caught a cold and lost my sense of taste. Spoiler: I hadn’t — it was just that bland. The dressing? They gave such a microscopic amount, I thought it was a free sample. Blink and you’ll miss it — or taste absolutely nothing either way. And the “crispy” pork? Yeah, nah. It was about as crispy as a boiled sock. Gold Coast Airport deserves better than this sad attempt at Vietnamese food. Such a strategic, busy location — and they serve this? What a spectacular waste of real estate. Fake Vietnam could’ve at least faked it a little better.

Total rip-off. I ordered the Hunger Buster Meal with three sides at Asia Street Cooking, and it was an absolute joke. Barely a spoonful of rice, laughably small sides, and a bland main dish that tasted like it was thrown together with zero effort. This pathetic excuse for a meal cost me $33—are you kidding me? It looked like a kids meal and left me hungry and furious and also my friend got a meal that was worth $18 and got charged 20 and som charge has seen on the receipt. Don’t waste your time or money here. Asia Street Cooking is a scam—avoid at all costs. Arianna who served us was very sweet but the lady that served the food was extremely rude.

Asia Street Cooking at Gold Coast Airport was okay overall. The meal I ordered tasted good, and the rice was really nice, but I felt the portion size compared to the price was a bit disappointing – even for an airport. It definitely wasn’t a five-star experience, but it also wasn’t as bad as some of the reviews I’d seen beforehand. The food was decent and fresh, just not amazing value for money. I wouldn’t say it’s the best option at the airport, but it’s not the worst either.

Ordered a crispy pork gai. The salad was fresh but all coleslaw salad no greens. Not enough sauce provided for this amount of dense salads. The pork was tasty but not so crispy & not enough meat to balance the amount of salad.

This shop is a great idea as Vietnamese food is fresh, healthy & fast but I can see they may be struggling due to a lack of systems to serve a volume of customers & scrimping on produce to make up for losses.

I recommend owners revisit what ingredients go into each product & balance of these for a quality offering. Also taking into account efficiencies at the counter to keep orders moving & provide the desired outcome for customers. Train staff on how each product is assembled to achieve this on a consistent basis.

You’re on a winner with a few tweaks. Eat some of your product & see what you think. Watch the shop & how people come & go. Modify your ingredients to get bang for buck. For instance, the sauce was quite viscous. Possibly expensive. A basic fish sauce is likely cheaper & can be provided in more volume to make the goi or bun tastier. Just like in Vietnam.

I threw out half my salad as not enough meat or sauce. It was cold & a bit bland. Extra watery sauce would fix this problem.

Reviews on here have complained of bland food but no changes are made. Take these seriously not personally as it’s free advice from your customers.

I wish you all the best & hope to see improvements on...

The customer service here was outrageously rude, honestly l have never written a complaint or had this kind of experience before. I understand the lines can be busy and the atmosphere is stressful or the job may not be the workers first choice but she was just unreasonably rude and unhelpful. My bread was split open not to her fault as another woman made it but the sauce tore the bread and l had asked for her help, l wasn’t looking for a refund or even new food l just wanted help wrapping the bread tighter but all l got was a blank stare and a shrug and also a bowl to catch the ingredients that were falling out each bite. There is no reason to be rude it doesn’t cost anyone to be kind or even merely respectful, l am human like you there is no need to be condescending or belittle a customers experience. In conclusion higher more respectful staff, or give them more breaks whatever to fix their attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone,...

Hello I just ordered 3 phos from this venue. The pho was overpriced, scratched her gunt when cooking, when I asked her to warm it up she sat on my pho.

I coudnt take her serious with a eye patch on, she had a bannana shaped score on her left cheek, Now let’s get to the juicy part (not the beef) the pho was room temperature at best, didn’t finish, the noodles were uncooked there was a weed in it and not the plant 😉

My friends bowl had a whole in it, and started feeling quesy in the car (not due to the pho)

I would rather sit in the curramaban traffic then ever go to this place Kind regards

Actually just tried my mates pho, beef was juicy, one of the best phos I have had for a long time, however real nice broth will be coming back

Wait wait wait I let the phone digest in my guts and made me feel a bit sick won’t be...
