Reconsider if you are booking for business...internet service is a nightmare.there are limits on your data quota if you can actually log on..dont count on it..very low daily quotas..if you have deadlines to meet and you need to work online after hours forget it. ...make sure you bring your own supply of toiletries (shampoo conditioner and soap) and basics like tea coffee and milk.. .no top ups without having to pay..that's the same for washing detergent, kitchen and laundry..you will be fine if you are only staying for a day or two..restaurants and shopping for food to cook are far away..nothing convenient in relation to location..no lifts..bear that in mind if you are needing to bring a lot of gear for work" and score a unit on the top floors..unit conpendium doesn't have up to date information for assistance....my stay has caused considerable distress on top of the expected challenges of being away from home and to meet...

Reception is only open part of each day and closed all day Sunday so if there is a problem at check-in there is not much that you can do about it. The unit we had was dirty with grime that had accumulated over months.....not the few weeks the owner had told us. We had pre-paid for 2 nights but left after the first night because of all the things we found wrong. Bring your own dish detergent because you get charged for extra dish detergent and charged if you do not wash the dishes. You get charged if you do not bag your garbage and put it in the bins outside the parking lot. You only get 2 gb data for Internet daily. Bring tissues and your own coffee, tea and milk if you plan on staying...

Have now stayed at Bila Vista twice for two weeks at a time. Both times we have stayed in the same apartment. It had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. Everything is always kept tidy and the pool area is the cleanest of all places we have stayed. Ashley is always friendly and helpful and the other residents were always nice to us. If you want somewhere were you can sleep and cook and don't need a waterview this is the perfect place for you. It is also good receiving a discount for return stays. It was always pretty quiet in the complex. Would definitely stay here again when...
