My recent visit to the café was nothing short of disappointing. If it were possible, I would rate this experience zero stars due to the disgraceful service I encountered.
I arrived at the café at 3:30 PM, only to be greeted by tables that were disgustingly filthy. The state of cleanliness was unacceptable, leaving a poor first impression.
Attempting to place an order was an ordeal in itself. The café had QR codes on the tables for ordering, but upon scanning, I was notified that the QR code system was no longer in use. This lack of updated information was frustrating.
After realizing the QR code was obsolete, I went to the counter to place my order. Despite being the only person in line, I waited for ten minutes before a staff member approached me. The café was not busy, yet the staff seemed indifferent to the presence of customers waiting to be served.
When I finally got to place my order, I was informed that they would not be serving frappes anymore. This was particularly frustrating as frappes were still being advertised prominently on their screens. The staff’s response to my inquiry was aggressive and dismissive, stating simply that they would not make any more frappes, despite the café being full of customers expecting the advertised items.
The staff appeared unbothered and lacked basic customer service skills. Communication was nonexistent, contributing to an overall atmosphere of frustration among customers. I was not alone in my dissatisfaction, as other patrons were visibly upset with the service as well.

These people didn't even put butter on the toast. How miserably tight they are. The coffees were very average and they had the temerity and guile to charge me close to $40 for a meal I wouldn't even feed the local stray dog! I asked for the bacon to be well done and it came put like cold dry leather. The attitude of the person who served me was poor. Can I suggest you get a new cook and ease up on the prices you charge. Never again ! Stay clear of this place you've been warned !!! Shhockkiinng!!!
