This place is Amazing! Staff are friendly, shop front is very cute and cozy and the croissants are next level!! This is by far the best croissant on the Gold Coast, most likely Qld and would hold its own to be one of the best in Australia! Make sure to get in early as the best options sell out quick, baked fresh everyday this little operation is absolutely fantastic and I applaud the owner for all her time and work.

Congratulations and keep up the hard work, those who don’t work the industry seem to have a somewhat skewed perception of what it takes to make such an operation run… easy to comment when they work 38hrs a week behind a desk and have no idea what it is to do a 90hr week!

I went to there about past 10am on Saturday. But already bread was almost sold out. Only a few left. I couldn’t buy sweet croissants. There are some croissants sandwiches left. 🌞If you go there, I recommend to go early morning. Croissant was so nice and really beautiful . They don’t have menu for drink. But you can ask what they have. They have coffee and latte , matcha latte, chai latte too.

I tried many place including French patisserie. Hope island Rise is also good . But I think this is shop “GOZEN” is one of best croissant shop in Gold Coast !

Excellent Japanese-inspired bakery specialising in croissants and danishes. Style is flaky yet chewy, in a good way. Really well-balanced in terms of texture and flavour. Refined flavours and presentation, well-suited for the Asian palate which prefers baked goods that are not sickly sweet or overly salty. We loved the items we purchased, which is even better after warmed up in the air fryer for a couple minutes. The people who complain don't seem to realise that they're not a cafe.
