Noodle Box Ashmore — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

I went with my family for lunch on Sunday and it was the first time that we were treated very poorly at a Noodle Box unit. The guy clearly showed that he was not in the mood to work. I asked about the meals, he pretended he didn't hear me, we asked about some dishes, he pretended he didn't understand, making us repeat the questions several times (as they had new options on the menu). We chose a meal and he pointed us to the part of the menu that included the options we could choose, in the end, he charged us extra, as we chose a dish that contained shrimp, but he did not inform that the extra went into the meal as well, as we asked. Finally, I asked for a unit of unseasoned broccoli to give to my baby and I was going to pay for the broccoli, the guy started to prepare the container to put the unit of broccoli, rolling his eyes and saying that it was not usual to do that (I don't asked for free, I was going to pay). He opened the lid on the vegetables and closed it, saying he wouldn't make the broccoli for my baby because the vegetables were raw, he closed the lid, put the container down and turned away.

I took my 7 year old son who's quit fussy.we were greeted by Jack who just stared at us the shop was totally empty you should have greeted us with enthusiasm but nothing not even a hello!!! I said my son's quit fussy Jack just glared at me with a look on his face as if to say listen lady I'm not interested just order.So I o orderd noodles and beef with no suggestions. My son then wanted a drink so I got a drink from fridge Jack just took my money no thank you no nothing I then noticed they had a kids meal for $9.00 And I just spent $13.00 so my son says i want the kids one and i say out loud oh i didn't see that Jack just looked at me with a smirk and walked of. He then hands me my order again no thank you no nothing. Jack your in the wrong bussiness you gave nil SERVICE no welcome no suggestions no friendliness your a liability to this bussiness. NOODLE BOX! LITTERALLY JUST NOODLES IN A BOX! Got uber eats costing $58 for two!! I got the Singapore noodles! Which has capsicum bean in it! I then added bok choi and broccoli . And what i got is2 bits of capsicum. 3 peices of broccoli no beans no onion or veg even after PAYING AND ADDING EXTRA THIS^^^ IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE!!
