We have had great food from here many times over the years. Tonight, what a let down ! Keep in mind we were 1 of 4 table of customers.

The gentleman wearing boardshorts, on his mobile, pointed us to a table. We ordered via the QR code on the table, no problem. 15 mins after we arrived, the young lady wanted to take our order, told her we've done it 🤷‍♀️. We had to ask her to order drinks at this time as they were not offered.

We watched as our entrees made their way, via 2 other tables, after declining it was theirs. (Remember only 4 tables) When our dishes were brought out, we were missing the rice, waited a while, while trying to get the attention of waitress, finally after another table asking where their other dishes were, I also asked about our rice dish. By the time we received it, we had eaten half our dishes as they were going cold. We watched while 2 of the 4 tables had to query where remaining dishes were or that what they had received was wrong. Sad to say that good old customer service has disappeared from this restaurant. Old mate in the boardies was running around like the preverbial, while the young lady stood at the register looking overwhelmed 🙄 I'd like to say that the great food made up for lack of service.........unfortunately,...

100% the worst restaurant we've been to. We checked reviews prior and they erred more on the positive side so thought we'd give it a go, HUGE MISTAKE. The negative reviews are completely factual and we unfortunately underestimated the strength of them. It started the moment we stepped through the door, every step after was an effort as the floor was so sticky. The lack of any presentable dress standard for staff, matched wigh no personality, welcome, interest or care matched the total lack of floor hygiene. There was a feeling of grime to the place and staff. Food positive - dim sims, they were tasty...that's where it started & finished Food negatives - the rest. We had 2 entrees, 2 main meals & combo fried rice. The rice was a combo of rice, soy sauce & peas, with a couple of tinned scrimp and a few tiny scraps of BBQ pork. A tasteless mess, along with the of our food. The negatives even continues to the wines; bitter recorked dregs at best. Don't make the same mistake as us, completely bypass the big flashy/trashy neon signs and find a high quality Chinese place elsewhere, this food outlet definitely...

Four of us went for an evening meal a few months ago and had a great meal with good service. However …. the four of us went for a birthday lunch yesterday; the food was ordinary and the service was DEPLORABLE! The young lady who was the waitress so obviously didn’t want to be there and made sure we all felt her pain. For a start, she was wearing cut off denim shorts (extremely unprofessional & inappropriate); she sulked the whole time; grudgingly served us & no matter how positive & friendly we tried to be, just refused to crack a smile or make any effort to be nice. We had to ask for EVERYTHING and when the last person arrived, they weren’t asked if they wanted to order a drink. The waitress would walk right past us every time without stopping to check on anything, and we had to work hard to get her attention. I felt really bad for my 90 year old dad who wanted to take me there as he & my mother (no longer with us) used to eat there years ago, and it brought back lovely memories for him. Well that waitress has now ruined them for him. We will NOT be going back...
