UPDATE: 15.4.25 As of yet still waiting for a reply about my complaint from head office, still nobody has bothered returning a call, or replying to the email sent on the 8th April to their head office complaints department!
It's no wonder that Benowa kfc gets so many complaints/bad reviews, even their complaints department/area manager don't even reply to complaints!
The only reply is from the AI Robot Complaints Autoresponder!

This is probably some of the worst service I've had from 'any' fast food restaurant since being in Australia for the last 23 years! I've been in this restaurant twice previously, it wasn't great then either!
My daughters and I stood behind a lady who had been waiting for a while (I asked her if she was being served, she said, "no I'm still waiting"), nobody had served her, yet the place was empty, three staff members were standing talking, two looked over at the counter, saw us and the young lady, ignored all of us, until I asked if anybody was going to bother serving at the counter.
One of them who had been playing around with a broom or a mop, and had seen us waiting then said "can do!" as if he was doing us a favour.
So I then asked for the manager, his name was Patrick, and Patrick really didn't seem to care about somebody who had a complaint about us all waiting and just being looked at by his staff, his attitude and answer when I asked who the franchise owner was, in his very patronising tone, his answer was, "dunno, some big company!".
I called back later to find out more about the head office number and franchise owners, and Patrick's attitude was as rude and arrogant as it was when I asked in the store!
When I asked why the two people, one a young lady, the other the guy with the broom/mop who looked over at us waiting at the counter didn't move to serve, in fact not even greet the woman in front of us, or us, his answer was "she was on her break and she's only 15!".
We obviously didn't eat there, we went to Nerang KFC, and as usual the service was great, restaurant was clean, staff friendly and food as always was good.
The reviews on the Bundall KFC just says it all, and if you're the franchise owner of this particular KFC I'm sure that the training of staff might need a bit of attention!

On Sunday morning I visited this kfc and was appalled with the disrespect shown by the staff here, a younger male Asian with a red hat served me at the drive through I ordered 2x popcorn chicken go buckets and received 3 after informing the worker he just stared at me, and then grabbed the bag of food and threw it through my open window into my car. Being completely disgraced and left in shock due to this experience I drove through and walked into the store with my sister I was ignored for at least ten minutes when trying to communicate with staff over the counter I was left to resort to banging on the staff door to gain their attention and have another employee talk to me to try and diffuse the situation by guilt tripping me about the staff being young and that I looked at him, please can I be explained that if you look at a staff that had messed your order up that we should have been thrown food at, it doesn’t make sense it is absolutely ridiculous and awful customer service.
