So Boost has recently opened up at their new premises at Harbour Town. It’s a great position. Went there this arvo and long line but no problem as the staff were magnificent, it was a well assembled production line. BUT I have one gripe, whilst waiting for my Boost Juice I noticed that it was a free for all with people grabbing for the straws. I saw one child pick one up and then place it back into the container. These straws are not wrapped in paper. I saw another guy dig his hand in the straws and have a mess around before getting one. I bypassed their straws. Honestly I know the era of Covid precautions has gone but I’m still pretty much alert to unhygienic practices and Boost usually has best practices when it comes to providing their straws. Normally I am happy enough with what I get from here (that's why I stayed at 2★) today I was the first to order a passion mango, after I ordered it then started getting busy. The two people after me got there's first, OK I can deal with that, then the next two got there's and they thought they made mine with the next group. They made a mango magic and called for anyone that ordered the original of that. The next two groups got there's when I finally said was that mine, she looked at me and grabbed the magic one and asked if that was mine and I said no I'm saying for the passion mango. She looked at the receipt the SHE printed and without an apology to me or anything like that she went and got someone else to make it for me but again no apology or offer of anything for compensation of their mistake.
