Caffini — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

This place should be embarrassed. They are happy to take your money but not provide you with the food you ordered. I arrived at 12.05 and ordered my food. 30 minutes later and no food. I look around and there is not another person in sight. I walk inside to see that people from my work who arrived 15 minutes after me have their food and it is they ordered the same thing as me. I asked them where my food is and that people after me have their food and they say it’s coming. They come outside and ask me what I ordered and I tell them. I told the guy again I ordered 30 minutes ago and he apologised and said they were waiting for chips to cook. I said I arrived well before my colleague who has her food with chips and his excuse was he didn’t take the order. Pretty arrogant way of dealing with it. Happy to take my cash but only got excuses. They make money because they are the only cafe in the complex. Food is unhealthy and not worth it. My whole lunch break was gone in waiting for this food and I had to swallow it down because I didn’t get it. I’m not sure why it happened but the mans abrupt rude manner and excuses are terrible.please do not go here. Please go anywhere...
