Read moreBeen there twice for bingo, dinner, dessert and a press on the pokies once. New to the gold coast trying to learn bingo - felt rushed in purchasing and was brief in explanation, left me confused. 1st night, we got a $10 steak and chips, good value, good bar staff, good café staff. Got free soft drink to play the pokies. 2nd night, exactly a week later, same experience with the bingo, found some patrons to be rude and unhelpful when asking for assistance with the bingo prize meanings. No meal deals, got a bingo snack meal instead. Then at the end of the night, we left our tray on the table, not rubbish, glasses in it. Was in a rush to leave. Letting u know that this needs to change if u want new,...

Shocking service! We went elsewhere and spent close to $100 on lunch and a few drinks.
The service in the bar was still good.
I won’t be back. It used to be great! There must have been a significant change in...
