Those who had been regular customers of this shop before it changed the ownership few months ago will be able to tell the quality, the quantity and the value of its food, services have gone down significantly from 5★ to 2★ or even 1★. The previous owner is a Vietnamese family who has moved to Ipswich to open a similar business (they are rated 5★ there as they were when they were here). But now the new owner is a Chinese family who does business in Chinese style which is cutting things down in quantity and quality, don't speak much English, not much about customer services and maybe they don't even care how many stars you give them. We ordered 3 x snapper, 6 x prawn cutlets and $7 worth of chips.

We ordered 2 x grilled fish and 1 x crumbed fish. We received 3 x grilled.

The snapper was way overcooked. The fillets were hard and like rubber. The prawns and the chips were overcooked too.

Very disappointing. When you pay $62, you expect fresh seafood to be cooked, and the seafood to be succulent and melt in your mouth, not frozen!

On the upside, the choc malt thickshake was well made and delicious.

We have been coming here for years and it has always been fantastic.

New owners have taken over and it is not the same. Not as friendly and as welcoming either, which is a shame.
