Downtown Deli — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

My family and I live nearby and have been coming here for years, today we visited and were sincerely disappointed. The Sandwiches were lacking in the meat department, they failed to put mayo on the requested sandwich. The deli had no white bread, so I purchased some from the neighbouring bakery and no discount was implemented. You have to be kidding me. This is not a deli it is an old industrial estate, 1970s sandwich shop. No whole meal bread or bread rolls no other choice than white bread, the salads looked and but I relented and ordered anyway. What a disappointment that was- besides my order was the only one the two staff were dealing with it still took 15 mins. Why to busy talking to the butcher from next door to bother to make my order. Omg I had a great breakfast here, no gimmicks, no problems just a yummy sandwich and the staff are so accommodating too.

The prices are pretty reasonable with most sandwiches starting at $9.50 all the way up to $14 for the DELI CLUB.
