Normally the pizzas are nice, although sometimes there's a roll of the dice as to part of the pizzas being not great, such as: badly cut, greasy, sparse or uneven toppings, etc. (If there's something wrong).
However, today it turned out the store was closed, but it still allowed us to order and take our money. The only spot on the website that shows the store is closed is when you check the times it's open. No one's answering at the store or an answering machine to use. Admittedly if it's closed that's understandable, but I can't get anyone from the main business number of Domino's to answer. The main business number for Domino's (not the local store) is just automated to connect my call to my chosen nearby Domino's.
Edit: It turned that, when my Dad went to go get other takeaway in the area where the local Domino's is. A lot of the area, including nearby traffic lights where out- there was a blackout going on in some of the nearby business districts. I still wish we had been contacted. Although this my have been impossible for the staff unless they wrote one of our contact details down before losing power and I don't think that's a standard thing to do. So, thank you to the staff who got back to my parents and explained what happened this morning.

I don’t complain ever and usually leave it, we are over here in Queensland on holiday and wanted to get some quick pizza before we head out for the night, knowing it was close by our accommodation this was fitting. We called the store when we had realized it was 10 minutes past expected delivery time ( I know it’s not much but there had been no updates). We called up and the person answering the phone had no idea of our order so we were out on held and then notified it had just left the store (5:20pm). Being patient, we waited until 5;55 before taking action, I had contacted for a full refund and all of a sudden their phones don’t work!! How rude. Anyways we have requested full refund and I am writing this so you know how unsatisfied we are with our order. ( no order now)

Read moreI had a very bad experience with Oxenford Domino’s. I ordered 4 pizzas online for pickup at 11:30am. Before placing the order, I checked the opening hours, which showed they opened at 10:30am.
When I arrived at 11:30, the store was still closed. I waited outside for 15 minutes and even tried calling, but no one answered. I had no choice but to go back home. Later, when I finally got through on the phone, the staff member who answered was extremely rude. I explained that I was there half an hour earlier and asked if they could deliver my order instead. He didn’t apologize or show any concern, and when I requested to cancel my order, he just said “OK” in a very unpleasant tone.
