So I don't normally always leave bad reviews however I've had some unexceptional experiences here.
Ordered Online bought 15 wings. Got a call about 5 minutes later saying they ran out of wings!!!!! Requested a refund and was told it would be 5-6 business days. When I asked frustratingly "really?" I got hung up on.
Rude lady on the phone.

Ordered online 15 Koren BBQ wings and a Pepsi Max this time around 6pm to ensure I can secure that sweet, sweet Korean BBQ goodness.
Food arrives, go up stairs and I about to rip into these fast foods delights with carnivorous intent and I noticed, no sesame seeds. No shallots. Would you believe they've sent me the wrong bloody wings.
Jumped on the horn to rectify the situation jumped through a holding pattern longer than Matthew McConaughey's neck. Go to the correct person and was given two options:
Have wings resent Receive a credit for said wings
Now! Im not one for routine dominos so I ask for the wings to be resent. Got put on hold and within the thirty seconds on hold they had ran out of wings.
I paid via PayPal this time, incase of said situation where I would require a refund on the wings because I would receive my money straight away.
Now, this manager says it would be 5-6 business days even if it's Paypal. Now I don't know about you, you being the person reading a review of a chain pizza establishment, but I'm near 100% certain that PayPal refunds are instantaneous.
I have not received any email saying the order was cancelled nor have I received a notification from PayPal.
I just want wings and a Pepsi Max on counter...

The last four weeks I have ordered a Premium Pizza for pickup.
The first Reef, Steak and Bacon was absolutely delicious with plenty of topping. The next week there was too much tomato base sauce and not much topping. We thought we'd give it one more try the next week - third time lucky - but it failed again in lack of topping and a rather soggy base when thin and crispy was ordered.
Last night (the 4th Friday in a row) we elected to go with the "Loaded Supreme". What a joke! There was nothing "loaded" about it with more a scarcity of topping and a big thin glob of something green with nothing covering it - I wish now I'd taken a photo, but I was hungry and the pizza was already going cold just 5 minutes drive from the store. No pepperoni was requested, but more mushrooms in lieu, but you could barely see any mushrooms at all!!
The pizza was ordered for pickup but on arrival, although it said on the board that it was ready, a wait of 4 minutes ensued. Upon asking why it said it was "ready" but not handed over, it was to be informed there had been a mistake so a wait of a further 10 minutes was required.
It was observed that some of the staff were really dedicated and hard working, whilst others stood around. The Duty Manager was young and obviously ill-equipped to "manage".
Four shots and you're out, Dominos Palm Beach. Looks like it's back to Pizza Capers from here on in.

Read moreI am seeing a lot of common issues that I have experienced. Today, ordered pizzas at just before 6pm, it is now 7:40PM and we are constantly being told the food is on it's way. Been on hold 4 times on the phone constantly being told 'We are busy', but that sounds like a management problem not a customer problem. Still eagerly awaiting a meal coming up almost 2 hours (Edit 12 hours later and still no Pizza to be seen), no doubt if it actually gets delivered it will be as cold as the customer service on the phone. Attempted to resolve this over the phone, the manager simply hung up and subsequent phone calls were rejected as they obviously use caller ID. This sort of customer service does not even warrant the business they get. What a shame and a blight on the Palm Beach community.
Even though and excuse has been offered, there is zero excuse for poor customer service like being hung up on and calls being screened.
It is not like Halloween and school exams are something that snuck up on businesses and the better of the leaders managed their staff to meet the demand.
