Extremely disappointed in the food, we ordered the 3 for $60 entrees. The BBQ Octopus, these were like croutons, dry, crunchy and rubbery without an ounce of seasoning. The Soft-Shell Crab, again no season and the sweet chilli sauce taste exactly like what we would from the local Asian restaurant Pork Belly, was tender, once again no seasoning and the exact same sauce as the soft-shell crab. We were very confused as why we were served Asian inspired dishes at and Italian restaurant. We asked by the server we thought of the food, we did advise her that it was not what we expected and weren't pleased with the food. No action was taken. Main Meal which we shared: Gnocchi Gambari - this one, the sauce was over salted and had the same colour and texture of butter chicken. The prawns were tiny and flavourless. Once again mentioned to the person at the register that food was not up to standard, and this wasn't even acknowledged. I suppose that is to be expected when there were 3-4 very young people working in the restaurant without a manager of any sort on site and yet you had the audacity to charge a $20 public holiday surcharge (15%) of total bill. I guess we should have walked out when it took almost 10mins to seat us when there were 2 people behind the register try to figure something out and didn't even look up to acknowledge us that we were standing directly in front of them. Then 20 mins to get sparking water which arrived with our wine anyway. The only good about the meal was the wine. I can honestly say for a restaurant that put up videos on all over social media about the authenticity of their food, the food was sorely lacking in everything.....extremely...

During our family vacation, we had the pleasure of dining at Enzo's Italian Restaurant, and it was truly a delightful experience that left a lasting impression on all of us. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff.
The ambiance of the restaurant was charming and inviting, with soft lighting and modern Italian decor. The atmosphere was lively yet intimate, creating the perfect setting for a memorable family dinner.
The menu at Enzo's was a culinary delight, offering a wide selection of traditional Italian dishes. We started our meal with a shared appetizer which was delicious and perfectly prepared. For our main courses, we each chose a different dish every bite was bursting with flavor.
Not only was the food outstanding, but the service at Enzo's was exceptional as well. Our server was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. He even took the time to recommend some of his favorite dishes and wines, adding a personal touch to our dining experience by serenading with a violin during dinner.
As we savored our dessert, we couldn't help but reflect on what a wonderful evening we had at Enzo's. The combination of delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service made it a standout dining experience that we will cherish for years to come.
In conclusion, if you're looking for an authentic Italian dining experience during your family vacation, look no further than Enzo's...
Read moreVery disappointing experience and we wonât be returning. This was my third visit here, and sadly the most disappointing. Previous visits for family birthdays (10â14 guests, some travelling interstate) were enjoyable, but this time, a 98th birthday with 13 people, was a let-down from start to finish. Despite the restaurant not being busy, wait times were unreasonably long. We waited a long time to place our order, then even longer for meals to arrive. The children finished their pizzas well before the adult meals came out, most of which were also pizzas. Service was inattentive: we had to ask three times for water, request our table be cleared, and follow up for the birthday cake to be brought out. To make matters worse, the duty manager refused to let my 98 year old father have a childâs meal, meaning more than half of a full adult meal went to waste. He did offer a container for him to take away what he did not eat, something of no use in a nursing home. The final insult was a $2 per person âcorkageâ fee for us to cut a birthday cake we had brought ourselves, even though only half the table ate it and our bill was over $450. When I questioned this, staff simply said it was âin the fine printâ when booking. What happened to complimentary service or management discretion. Overall, the atmosphere has gone, the service has declined, and it now feels more like a franchise than the welcoming venue it once was. We...
