Hainan Chicken Rice ($18.9): It’s served with a soup with cabbages. The Hainan chicken tastes succulent and the chicken chilli sauce complements well. The chicken rice is also very juicy, umami, and eating with chicken dipped is the best way to enjoy. Pearl Milk Tea ($6.5) Milk Tea ($5.5) + Topping ($1 per): As a Taiwanese, this is as authentic as the bubble shops in my country despite the higher prices than Taiwan. Ice Kacang (Malaysian Shaved Ice) ($9.9): The great amount of ice condensed milk on the top makes it taste so sweet, creamy, and delightful, and so does the red syrup. On top of that, there are a lot of nuts, red beans, green and grass jellies, and scattered corns at the bottom. Having been the biggest fan of Taiwanese shaved ice for years, in comparison, Malaysian has a lot different style such as being colourful and juicier flavour. In conclusion, there are a wide variety of authentic Asian fusion dishes here from Malaysian, Chinese, Cantonese to Taiwanese milk tea at approachable prices. It’s such an interesting experience to compare Malaysian shaved ice with Taiwanese shaved ice. Moreover, the service is great and as FAST as the name of the restaurant. If you come to Q super centre, this restaurant is a great place to have a meal. Overall, it’s a 9.5 out of 10!

True to its name, Fast Wok serves up some tasty Malaysian fare at speed and value - what's not to love? I've seen this place mentioned multiple times on a Malaysian FB group and it's a solid pick, with potential to replace my previous choice of favourite Malaysian eats on the GC. My Hainan chicken rice wasn't the best I’ve had (chicken could be more tender) but I enjoyed it all the same and overall represents a fairly decent package for $13.50. Wifey's seafood laksa ($14.90) was pretty good too, and whilst our original milk tea ($4.80) with pearls ($0.70) was just average, the ice kacang ($6) was very good and definitely going on my repeat order list. Some other items our friends ordered, all with positive feedback: * jelly fish shredded chicken with dry noodle, $14.90 * roast BBQ meal with 2 selections, $17.50 * ho fun combination, $13.50 Ordering is at the counter, with water and cutlery self-service. Enjoyed our visit here and will definitely come back again.

👍 Overall, worth it (although not every dish is) ★★★★☆ Salted fish & chicken fried rice Was great! Definitely recommended. Big portion, but would be better without peas. ★★☆☆☆ Wonton noodle soup Soup: good Noodle: average (good type, but a bit soft and not so tasty despite smelling good) Wonton: not so good (thin, pasty, and lacking in prawn) Vegetable: good (bok choy) Overall: wouldn’t order it again ★★☆☆☆ Hainan Chicken Rice Very average. Rice was lacking in certain flavours, ginger was prominent, but lacked in chicken flavour (the main flavour) Chicken was well cooked, but needed more sauce (self added) Accompanying soup was a tad sour, personally would prefer it without the sour taste. Overall, wouldn’t order it again. ★★★★☆ Cha kweh tiao Standard. Very good! ★★★★☆ Overall Worth it

One year later 🤗 I wanted to have some nice pork😋 I had Roasted pork and duck with dry noodles, and Hot and sour seafood soup 🥳 Soup was nice 😚 not that spicy 😁👌 Noodle was a quite big portion 🤩 I love it🥰😍 Some boiled veggies were nice refreshing 😋 Duck and pork were soft 🤩 I prefer the duck this time😚 Service was much better now😚 Around 1pm they were still busy but it was not that long waiting to serve my dish😋 I had happy lunch I’m definitely coming back for more their food 😋😋😋

3.5⭐️A year later the last time 😋 Sunday lunch around 1pm. Lots of customers still sitting 😳 I had Prawn mee today. I think not much restaurants have this dish🤔 It’s quick serve which was good.😊👍🏻 The soup is very prawn 🦐 of course 😁 Noodles were like Laksa, thin and thick noodles. I was surprised the pork(?) slices were so nice🤩 Unfortunately boiled prawns were not my favorite today😥 Other customers were having different dishes 😚 They looked so delicious 🤤 I need to have a look their menu more😆

2 weeks later from last time 😋 I had Seafood Laksa $16.9 today. I had this Laksa 3,4 years ago 😳 Quick service, fresh ingredients and valued price 🤩👍🏻 2 kinds of noodle, creamy curry soup and just right temperature of the soup 🍜 I liked it 🥰 I’d love to try Roast BBQ meal next time 🥳🥳

2 years later. I got take away this time. I had Hainan chicken rice $16.9 and Hokken me $16.9. Chicken was soft 😊 nice with ginger chili (?) sauce 😋👍🏻 Noodle was nice flavor but I like a bit more thinner Hokken noodle 😓 I’d love to dine in there next time 🤗

Beef brisket noodle soup $13.9 for lunch. The soup was very heartwarming😊 The beef...

The beef chow mein on crispy noodle is terrible and is not at all the dish we have ordered from all around the world. It should be beef strips, peppers, onions and noodles. Instead we received a container of steamed beef with cabbage, onion, in a watery sauce served with a bag of crispy sticks apparently these are the ‘crispy noodles’. How misleading and customers shod be made aware of what they are ordering if you are altering a traditional dish. My son refused to eat this!

We also ordered chick satay sticks instead received a chick satay stir fry with the ‘dreaded veg’ so my 8 yr old daughter refused to eat as well….

The chick cashew I received was bland steamed pink chicken strips in a watery beige soupy sauce which I had to drain and stir fry on a hot wok as it looked like soup w nuts… this was absolutely terrible.

I spent just over $100 and will not be ordering from this place again. I do expect a credit. My children did not eat the food was a real let down, however the duck was nice.

I did ring them and they tried to tell me that that’s their version of a beef chow mein…and that I did well bc the chick satay stir fry is more expensive than what I ordered! Quite cheeky as My kids did not eat so this was not the food we had ordered so was a waist of money and time.

Uber eats were not the issue they delivered really quickly it was the...
