Goldies Bake Shop - Q Super Centre — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Stopped by Goldsteins Mermaid Beach for a quick coffee on our way home and ended up pleasantly surprised. Ordered two mochas for me and my wife, served hot and comforting, just what we needed on a rainy day.

We were a little hungry and decided to try their veg pies for the first time. The Satay Vegetable Pie was a standout, great curry flavour and piping hot, with steam rising on the first bite, clearly fresh out of the oven. The Cauliflower & Broccoli Pie was milder in taste, a bit bland on its own but actually paired well with the coffee.

Staff were polite and efficient, no complaints there. Overall, a solid experience with good food and warm service, exactly what you want...

Pies are awesome but yes agree with other comments left have had terrible experience with day old food, it’s a bit rough charging the prices they do and the food not being fresh. Don’t recommend buying their sausage rolls always a disappointment. The only reason for giving 3 stars is because of their pies otherwise I’d rate this bakery a 1 star. Hate writing bad reviews but maybe if people write enough they might do something about it, miss the Goldsteins that I grew up with as a kid it was...

Was hoping to get a good meaty beef pie🙏... extremely disappointed with the peppered beef.
