Ok so out of the 6 mentioned how did House of Hubert rate ??? 0/6 It seems with Technology, Apps, etc we're loosing that One on One contact in general

Whilst we're not all perfect let's try to achieve 6/6 So we leave not just being a Table number We leave not looking like a QR code But we leave feeling Cherished and wanting to go back again and again and again. We're so, so welcomed

And the Suspended Coffee and Meals ???? That's a story for another...

Saw a big line as I drove past and was wondering what had everybody so keen.. I was waiting for a mate, so I thought I would grab a coffee.

I soon realised that the line was out the door because the young lady serving was extremely slow!

In between taking orders, she prepares crossaints and toasted sandwiches. Leaving people waiting for unnecessarily long periods of time.

Once I get to the front she didn’t even acknowledge me, just turned around and started uckin around with the sandwich press..

Disgruntled, disrespected, dissatisfied.

I ordered my coffee and sat down.

I watched the line grow as I sipped on a flat white that tasted like it was made from long life UHT milk.. grim.

My mate messaged me advising that he was nearby. I told him to steer clear of this place and that I would meet him outside.

Please sort this out. Not good for a cafe, speed...

Had the home made Banana bread, fruit, cream, butterscotch sauce and slice of bacon. Dinning companion had Eggs Benedict with bacon. People were being served around us even though they came later, but we were ok waiting and reading the papers provided, after all it was Saturday and we were out for a relaxing breakfast somewhere different. Once the waitress realised something was not right and came to check our order we were offered another lot of tea & coffee while the lost order was sorted and it wasn’t long till we were eating our breakfasts, which were delicious. The staff were friendly and we chatted for awhile afterwards, turned out we were the recipients of a couple “paying it forward” who had the same thing happen for them. All in all a great friendly place...
