Was okay, very polite staff but very young and no organisation. The blender to make açai bowls is far too loud and high pitched for the cafe, sounds like it’s about to break. Food wasn’t bad but came out at different times, porridge was served once everyone had finished eating and B&E roll missing hash row. Coffee was nice but I unfortunately will not be back it just wasn’t the best experience.

Dropped in and had a bacon egg roll & hash brown and a coffee. This was the 1st time I'd been here and I was impressed. The food was cooked to order and was delicious, hot and tasty. It's a popular spot and was busy which is always a good indicator on how good the food and coffee is. I recommend that you drop in and give this place a try.

Opted for the breakfast deal, Bacon and egg roll large coffee for $17 each. Really enjoyed the burger and my coffee. Friendly staff, plenty of seating both inside and out.

Dropped in and had a bacon egg roll & hash brown and a coffee. This was the 1st time I'd been here and I was impressed. The food was cooked to order and was delicious, hot and tasty. It's a popular spot and was busy which is always a good indicator on how good the food and coffee is. I recommend that you drop in and give this place a try.

Heading to the airport early,we decided to drop in for breakfast at Tugun. Walked around the block checking out the many available places and decided on Papercup Coffee. Opted for the breakfast deal, Bacon and egg roll large coffee for $17 each. Really enjoyed the burger and my coffee. Friendly staff, plenty of seating both inside and out.

DO NOT DRINK THEIR COFFEE.

I ordered a flat white at Papercup Coffee Tugun and ill never make that mistake again.

The woman making the coffee was absolutely useless and thought it would be a good idea to mix all the dregs out of three pitchers and use that milk to make up enough for my flat white and the result was absolutely disgusting.

Those pitchers must have just sat on the bench for a while and it wasn't even warm or matching milks.

Im guessing one was almond, the other maybe oat and the final one must have been dairy milk.

Absolutely disgraceful.

What happened here? A great cafe rebranded with new owners and changed in to an unorganised mess. Poor young kids running the whole show on a busy Saturday morning with no structure and all either so stressed or on go slow. To wait more than 25mins for a single coffee to go is just not good enough. Plus to witness so many customers complaining for delays as I waited was harrowing to witness.
